Montjuic is also famous for its Magic Fountain. This extravaganza of light, music and water acrobatics just can't be missed! There are fountain performances nightly but times vary depending on the time of year. The fountains have been jumping since their very first performance in 1929 as par of the Great Universal Exhibition and remain a very popular and fun attraction in the city to this day. The fountains have been in action since 1929 and are still as impressive as they were when they were first turned on back then. A spectacle to delight both young and old.
